Augustus Invictus was among the first noteworthy guests to appear on the Radical Agenda, back before we numbered our episodes in stages.

He had burst onto the scene as a Libertarian Party candidate for the United States Senate. As he went  and his talent for rhetoric instantly caught the attention of the Left wing fanatics who had previously captured America’s third largest political party.

Ever since he has been making waves, and we’ve enjoyed the honor and privilege of being along for the ride.

In August of 2017, our friend had the nerve to carry a tiki torch through the University of Virginia. He was not arrested by the swarms of law enforcement on the scene, whom our party had summoned, but had not arrived until after the violence they were supposed to prevent had ensued.

So far as the cops were concerned, our friend’s actions were perfectly lawful.

But then a Soros backed Democrat prosecutor took the Commonwealth’s Attorney position from Republican Robert Tracci. And suddenly carrying a tiki torch had become a felony.

Felonies never die in Virginia, as there is no statute of limitations. So, one by one, our associates were snatched from their homes and places of business and off the streets, by federal agents, and dragged back to Virginia to face trial.

The first such trial, that of Jacob Dix, ended in a mistrial. Four jurors voted guilty. Eight, not guilty. In the end, a judge rejected the fanatic’s attempt to retry him, and, at least for now, Mr. Dix is a free man.

The second trial begins on Tuesday. The trial, of Augustus Invictus. He joins us for the entirety of the show today, and there will be no calls from audience members this episode.

I’ll have much more to say about this, and plenty more, when Radical Agenda airs live, this and every Friday at 9:30pm US Eastern on Odysee, and on the GetMeRadio app for smartphone, Roku, and FireTV.
